ethos and craftsmanship

By thoughtfully curating materials and design elements, Titania Living weave a sense of magic into the spaces we help create, elevating everyday life with artisanal products imbued with a global sensibility.

With a focus on outdoor Summer living, our signature handcrafted collections offer a modern interpretation of Indian decorative artistry.

Our wares are ethically sourced and intentionally made, reflecting a commitment to slow living. Wherever possible, we use natural materials and strive to minimise and reuse packaging throughout the journey of our goods.

We work with a carefully selected group of trusted artisans, ensuring that our values and standards of integrity are closely aligned. We take pride in supporting traditional craft communities in a way that is both meaningful and sustainable.

We deeply value the close relationships we have with our suppliers, particularly the
exceptionally talented team at INKA in India. Through this collaboration, selected designs by Indu Kapahi are incorporated into our collection, while their skilled craftspeople also bring to life the artwork of co-founder and artist Charlotte Johnstone.

From initial inspiration and hand-drawn designs on paper to printing on cloth, each stage of the process is supported by expert woodblock carvers, silk screen makers, colourists, and printers.

For our Indian tents and garden umbrellas, traditional printing techniques are applied to our signature showerproof fabrics, specially woven for Titania. These are then expertly tailored by experienced tent makers, resulting in beautifully crafted canopies, paired with FSC-certified wooden frames.

This magical convergence of artistry, tradition, and craftsmanship honours ancient techniques while helping to sustain artisanal communities.

Our wider collection also celebrates the crafts of hand embroidery, hand painting, weaving, and fine tailoring.
